Build product FAQs from your customer reviews

Safe — read-only ClaudeChatGPTGrok

Goal

Reviews are full of the real questions people have ("is it ready to hang?", "how true are the colours?"). Turning them into clear FAQ answers gives AI assistants and shoppers quotable, specific facts.

Prompt to copy

Below are [number] customer reviews for [product or collection], exported from my reviews app (rating, title, text, date). Remove nothing, but ignore names.
1) List the questions, worries and praise themes that come up, with a count for each.
2) Write up to 8 FAQ entries (question + answer of 40–80 words, British English) for this product page. Answers must use ONLY facts I list below, or quote what reviewers consistently say (and label that 'customers say…').
3) Mark any answer that needs a fact I haven't given you.
4) Suggest 3 photo or detail additions to the page that would answer the top worries.
Facts: [sizes, materials, delivery times and costs, returns policy, care instructions]

Steps

  1. Export reviews from your reviews app (Judge.me, Yotpo, Okendo etc. all offer CSV).
  2. Run per product, or per collection for low-review products.
  3. Fill the gaps it marks.
  4. Add the FAQs to the product page as visible text (a collapsible tab is fine).

What to check

Safety rating: Safe. This workflow only reads data and suggests changes. You decide what to apply.

Track ChatGPT and AI assistant visits in GA4 and Shopify

Most ChatGPT traffic arrives with no referrer and lands in 'Direct'. A 1,000+ store study found 81.8% of it did. Set up a view that catches what can be caught, so you can see whether AI visibility work is paying off.
